Reservations & Policies

Deposit: 50% required at booking. Refundable Deposits: Deposits are returned at the end of your stay if the site is clean, undamaged, and utilities are paid in full.

RV/Trailer Approval: Units made before 2010 require management approval. No derelict units — photos must be provided.

Rates: Include up to 2 adults and 3 children under 16. Additional adults are $2/night each. One tent per site allowed — $10/night.

Pets & Conduct: Maximum 2 pets per site. Additional pets $2/night/pet. Aggressive guests or pets are not permitted — violations may result in immediate eviction with no refund.

Stay Options: Short-term, long-term, seasonal, winter stays (call or book online to confirm winter rates), and RV storage available.

Extras: On-site propane sales.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly and Seasonal Sites: Non-refundable.

Cancellations 14+ days before arrival: Full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellations 3–13 days before arrival: 50% refund.

Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival: No refund.
Refunds for wildfires and air quality issues apply only under a government evacuation order.
